Christine
Beldner
Our new OCIA Director

We are excited to welcome Christine Beldner as the new Director of OCIA for the Catholic Community of Bartlesville. Christine brings a deep love for the Church and many years of parish involvement, having served in a variety of ministries including religious education, parish leadership, and family ministry. Her heart for faith formation and her desire to walk with others on their journey into the Catholic Church make her a wonderful addition to our parish community. Christine has been blessed to serve the Church in many roles throughout the years in the parishes her family has called home. Her service has included roles such as Nursery Coordinator, Parish Business Manager, Finance Council Member, and Religious Education Teacher for grades pre-K through 10th grade. Together with her husband Aaron, Christine also served as a Marriage Encounter state coordinator and presenting team, walking with couples in their faith and marriage journeys. Christine’s heart for service extends beyond the parish. She is passionate about adoption and advocates for children in foster care. Additionally, the Beldner family has hosted numerous foreign exchange students.
Christine and Aaron relocated to Bartlesville in March of 2023 in support of Aaron’s career at Truity Credit Union. They are the proud parents of three children: Max (23), who resides in Norman, OK, Mia (21), who attends Catholic University in Washington, D.C., and Xavier (18), a freshman at Concordia University in Seward, NE. They are so grateful to call Bartlesville home.
Professionally, Christine is the Vice President and Senior Human Resources Consultant for IRONWOOD Business Consulting, LLC. Christine’s passion is supporting small organizations with all aspects of business operations. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in the Management of Human Resources and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from HRCI and the Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. Much of Christine’s early career was supporting Department of Defense (DoD) small and large business contractors, working on a variety of Army Aviation helicopter programs. Her vast experience includes managing all support functions of business to include human resources, finance and accounting, facility security program management, information technology, and business development.
Christine shares, “I know it won’t be easy to fill Kim Barbour’s shoes, but I am truly honored to carry on her legacy and continue the beautiful work she began in our parish community.”
